This ground floor apartment has two double bedrooms, a separate kitchen, one bathroom, a large living/ dining area and a dedicated parking space (extremely valuable in Brighton). The flat has recently been redecorated and fitted with new carpets and flooring. There is TV and free, secure wifi.
The beds in either room can be arranged as doubles or twins and one of the rooms can fit a third bed if needed.
All bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis, or if you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.
All electricity and gas costs are included in the quoted price.
If you would like champagne, flowers, or treats awaiting your arrival this can all be arranged through us. We can also provide a basic grocery package for you. Whatever your requirements, please speak to us and we’ll be happy to help.
Sadly, no pets are permitted in this property.
Parking is free and secure within the electronically gated car park.

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
