Dining table and seating for six people + high chairs available.

Doors leading to balcony with steps down to shared patio and lawned garden.

Sitting Room and Drawing room:

Double length room with twin fireplaces, including wood burning stove. Leather sofas, coffee table, Sony Bravia TV + DVD player. A further sofabed, board games cupboard and a piano.

Utility room:

Separate washing room with washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of drying space.

Bedroom 1:

King sized bed, several chests of drawers and a walk in wardrobe. LCD TV and DVD player.

Ensuite:

Bathroom with shower over bath.

Bedroom 2:

This large double bedroom can also be arranged as a twin room.

Bedroom 3:

This bedroom has the benefit of a sink and vanity unit. It features contemporary solid oak furniture and can be arranged as a double or single bedroom.

Parking:

Parking permits available for longer stays, daily parking vouchers available for shorter stays.
