Double length room with twin fireplaces, including wood burning stove.  Leather sofas, coffee table, Sony Bravia TV + DVD player.  A further sofabed, board games cupboard and a piano.

Separate washing room with washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of drying space.

Bedroom 1:

King sized bed, several chests of drawers and a walk in wardrobe.  LCD TV and DVD player.

Fantastic 5 bedroom property that sleeps 9 people comfortably in beds!

Located in the fashionable and buzzing area of Kemp Town village, just off the seafront between the pier and the marina. We think it’s the best area in Brighton, it’s where we live!

Open Plan Kitchen / Reception RoomL

This bright room can seat 5 people on the leather sofas and 5 people at the dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher.

The Bedrooms:

There are 4 twin bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. They are all light and bright and very confortable.

The Shower Room:

There is a shower room with toilet and sink. There is a further separate toilet.

The Roof Terrace:

There is a great south facing roof terrace with table and chairs for 9 people.

All bed linen is included. We don’t provide towels with this larger property, unless requested separately. Linen can be changed on a weekly or fortnightly basis, or if you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.
All electricity and gas costs are included in the quoted price.

If you would like champagne, flowers, or treats awaiting your arrival this can all be arranged through us. We can also provide a basic grocery package for you. Whatever your requirements, please speak to us and we’ll be happy to help.
Sadly, no pets are permitted in this property.
