Clifton is often described as The Chelsea of Brighton. Beautiful wide open streets, most with views down the hill to the sea, accommodate good examples of most of the architecture Brighton is re known for. Montpelier Villas, Clifton Terrace and Powis Square , some of central Brighton’s most prestigious addresses, are all located in Clifton.

Powis Road is tucked away in the middle of Clifton , close enough for a visitor to access most of the main attractions of Brighton and with basic amenities on the doorstep. A grocery store, off license, The Crescent Pub and a dry cleaners are all seconds away. Seven Dials is just to the North for further infrastructure including the award winning Seven Dials restaurant. Brighton Station, North Laine and The South Lanes are within five or ten minutes, as is the seafront.

Clifton House is presented in a classic style with a contemporary edge. The first floor can be used as a one bed with large living space, sleeping up to six. The second and third can be used as a four bed with sofa beds accommodating up to fourteen. Alternatively all three upper floors can be used as one for group bookings, sleeping up to twenty. The cupboard under the stairs leads to a 1000 sq ft cellar room that has been converted into an unlicensed private bar. Staff and entertainment can be organised…

An antique shop is planned for the ground floor.
