Booking an apartment is a simple process

  • choose apartment
  • check dates via email or over the phone
  • send deposit cheque with signed terms and conditions
  • balance to be paid by cheque 28 days before booking

What’s included?

The cost of your serviced apartment includes, bed linen towels and utilities (water, gas & electricity).   The apartment will have been cleaned and prepared before your stay and some cleaning products are also provided for your stay.  Holiday insurance is not included, but we advise you to ensure you have adequate cover as neither Brighton Serviced Apartment nor the Property Owner will accept any liability for any loss of’ possessions,  or refund cancellations due to illnesses or accidents.

Check in/out

Check in time is from 3pm on your day of arrival and check out is by 10.30am on your day of departure.


We will meet you at your apartment on your day of arrival.  Please call at least 2 days beforehand to arrange the time.

To return the keys, simply post them back through the letterbox of your apartment when you leave.


Smoking is not permitted in any of the apartments and we reserve the right to deduct monies from our deposit if you are unable to observe this rule.  Smoking is permitted outside, sometimes in an area sheltered from the rain.  Please contact us before hand if you would like more details.


If on arrival you notice damage to the property, please call us immediately as any damage must be reported on your day of arrival.

You are responsible for any damage that occurs during your stay in your apartment and we reserve the right to deduct monies from your deposit to cover expenses from damage or excessive cleaning.


Please call us immediately if you have any problems at your apartment.


A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation. The balance is payable 28 days prior to arrival and non-refundable after the due date.  If you wish to switch your booking to another property, this may be possible on a “best efforts” basis.  Cancellation charges may be waived if all parties are happy with the changes.

If we are unable to supply your apartment for any reason, you will be offered an alternative apartment, if available or a full refund.
