Being so close to shops and amenities, guests have the choice of making use of the nearby Waitrose, Sainsbury’s Express or the independent Taj supermarket, or strolling along the road to a number of restaurants and cafes that cater for every taste.
The property is decorated neutrally with a stylish and contemporary kitchen and bathrooms. Wireless broadband is available. The apartment is on the second floor of a mansion building and has lift access.
Lounge/Diner:
The bright and spacious lounge/dining room has a dual aspect and there are impressive floor to ceiling sash windows offering a breathtaking view over the gardens, and down to the sea. There is access onto the balcony where you can sit and watch the Brighton sun setting. There are two real leather sofas, oak furniture and a dining table to seat four people. There is a television with freeview channels and a dvd and video player. The room has a beautiful chandelier and there are lamps and pictures making it an elegant yet comfortable home from home.
The Kitchen:
The kitchen is of a contemporary style with quality high gloss white units and black work tops. It is fully equipped with modern appliances and has a washer dryer/ dishwasher and microwave.
The Bedrooms:
There are two double bedrooms that can be arranged with twin beds or double beds as per your requirement. Bedroom one also has an ensuite shower room.

All bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis, or if you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.
All electricity and gas costs are included in the quoted price.
If you would like champagne, flowers, or treats awaiting your arrival this can all be arranged through us. We can also provide a basic grocery package for you. Whatever your requirements, please speak to us and we’ll be happy to help.
Sadly, no pets are permitted in this property.
Parking is free and secure within the electronically gated car park.

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
