Eaton Place is a wonderfully presented, modernised and spacious apartment situated in an elegant tree-lined avenue in Kemp Town.

The apartment comprises of an entire floor of a double-fronted Victorian building, and has the benefit of shared garden with a gas BBQ, perfect for the warmer Brighton evenings! The single story layout of the apartment makes it perfect for small families, although please note there are a few steps down to the front door.

Being only a few hundred yards from the sea, it’s perfect for a relaxing Brighton break, and the charming surroundings of Kemp Town village mean that every need is catered for, including grocery shopping, bars and pubs, and restaurants that lead all the way down to the beautiful surroundings of Brighton’s Old Steine.

Lounge:

A beautifully presented space with a real leather sofa bed. Clean and stylish furniture, cable tv, dvd player and fibre optic wireless broadband.

Bedroom 1:

Superking sized bed, yet still leaving plenty of space for the contemporary design furniture. This room can be arranged as a twin room on request.

Bedroom 2:

Double bed, which can also be arranged as 2 singles on request. This bedroom also features the contemporary solid oak furniture that runs throughout the property.

Bathroom:

A bright and spacious bathroom with bath / shower over.

Parking:

Parking permits available for longer stays, daily parking vouchers available for shorter stays.

Local amenities:

We’re lucky to have the Barefoot Beach Cafe and the volleyball and beach sports centre very close by.
